✅ Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in specific situations as outlined below:

  1. Full Refund
    You are eligible for a full refund if:
    • You cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and
    • Work on your request has not yet started
  2. Partial Refund
    You may receive a partial refund if:
    • You cancel your order after 3 hours of placing it, and
    • Some part of the work has already been completed

    Refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work done.

  3. No Refund
    No refund will be provided if:
    • The service or work has been fully completed and delivered, and
    • The output matches the agreed scope of work

🔎 Additional Terms & Conditions

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
  • In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
  • Customized work or consultancy time already spent will be deducted from the refund amount.
