- Work on your request has not yet started

Partial Refund
You may receive a partial refund if:- You cancel your order after 3 hours of placing it, and
- Some part of the work has already been completed
Refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work done.

No Refund
No refund will be provided if:- The service or work has been fully completed and delivered, and
- The output matches the agreed scope of work

- All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
- Refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding.
- Customized work or consultancy time already spent will be deducted from the refund amount.
